FAQ
Why do I need to provide payment info for a free trial?
Since we create your cartoon character and customize every video manually, we require a card to verify you are a real person (not a bot). This protects our team's time from spam, but rest assured: you will not be charged a penny today.
Can I cancel my trial before I get charged?
Yes! You can cancel anytime during your 7-day free trial. If you decide our videos aren't the right fit, you can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged a penny.
Who owns the rights to the videos?
You do! Once delivered, you have 100% commercial rights to use your videos on your website, social media, or ads forever. The videos are yours to keep, even if you cancel during your free trial.
Is my payment information secure?
We've got that covered! We do not store your financial data. All sensitive payment details are handled and stored securely on their side by our world-class payment processors, Paddle and PayPal.
